I have been working with Alina at Dean's fitness for a little over a year, she is great and very knowledgeable about different types of exercise (Weight/HIIT/ Cardio/Balance) and will customize a plan for each client in addition to having great nutritional advice. It is an awesome, well stocked gym with a nice atmosphere and very friendly staff and trainers. Over the last year, my overall health has certainly improved in the areas of strength, energy and motivation and mood. I have also lost approximately 30 lbs.

So, I joined Dean's and hired Alina as my personal trainer. Alina is really great. No two workouts are ever the same, and she always make sure I have good form. This is a fantastic place to workout! I've been a member for six months, and I've been training with Alina during that time. She is incredibly knowledgeable and motivating, always pushing me to reach my goals while ensuring I maintain proper form. The personalized workouts are both challenging and enjoyable, and I really appreciate how she tailors each session to my individual needs. I started this journey in April with no experience in weight training after five years. During that time, I had two kids, gained weight, and developed core weakness and muscle imbalances. Initially, I struggled even with a single-leg stand, but now I excel at single-leg training with weights! Alina also offers excellent nutrition advice. I've lost 15lbs and dropped two clothing size, I'm very satisfied with my progress and will definitely continue working with Alina. Highly recommend!

I signed up at Dean's when I started seeing Alina for personal training. I've now been working with her for 6+ months and I couldn't be happier.

I have:

  • less knee, back, and shoulder pain

  • lost weight and gained muscle

My initial goal was to just lose some fat and generally get in better shape, but early on in became apparent I was suffering from bad form, poor posture, and muscle imbalance that hurt my workout ( I work a desk job and do a lot of sitting ). Alina adjusted the workouts quickly to help do more exercises that not only focused on building better form, correcting posture, and fixing imbalances, but also still helped me work on my fitness goals. She also has done a wonderful job outside of the workouts too coach on better nutrition for meals.
